My Name is Sara Magson

I am a freelance content strategist, manager  and copywriter. I work with B2B and B2C brands to deliver content that communicates intent and engages audiences. I help plan, design, execute, measure, test and iterate across channels to achieve their intended results.  I also help them build brand collateral through case studies, stories, reports, papers, articles, brochures, learning content, event programs, and anything else we can think of.

I work with organisations of all shapes and sizes. I get to know their brand and service offerings as though I were a part of them. Then I use language to reflect them. I have not always been a freelance copywriter, so I have a good handle on what it means to be a part of the action as well as to describe it.

Over the years I have written and worked with copy and content, in diverse forms, in  almost every job I’ve done. I have worked with industry brands to create content, marketing and sales copy.

I have also supported the launch and evolution of a number of smaller brands. I’ve worked with private, non-profit and not-for-profit clients on creative, descriptive, and technical copy. I’ve written about engineering, architecture, local government, fashion, technology, banking resilient city systems, business process outsourcing, education, business travel, services for the high net worth, security, social innovation and social enterprise, to name a few areas.

I have a BA and MA in English Studies from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Management & Business Innovation from Birkbeck University, London. I speak French and Spanish.

So, I am experienced, versatile and easy to work with.
