The voice of online and multichannel retail success.
The business had the ambition of doubling its events portfolio in 2025 to deliver 16 events.
I jumped on board to write positioning copy across all event sites and work with the Marketing Director and SMEs to plan and deliver on point, timely and segmented B2B and B2C direct mail campaigns. I created a branded series of industry-led interviews and insight pieces and initiated a sales-led, engagement boosting Linkedin campaign.
The UK’s largest festival of marketing + advertising.
I contributed to the content programs across all stages, but led on program delivery for 4 stages, with sole responsibility for launching a new AI + Emerging Tech stage program.
I also took on the scale-up of the growth of MAD//Fest’s Female Leaders Club program, in its second year. This included, program design, speaker engagement, launch and delivery of a dedicated digital content stream with fortnightly industry newsletter, sponsor and media partner relationship management.
HSBC's Sustainability Academy educates an audience of 2,000+ employees on the global transition to net zero.

A mobile learning application that makes corporate learning fun, easy and accessible.
A Norwegian learning tech company, Motimate’s mobile learning platform is revolutionising the learning and development capabilties of companies across Scandinavia, and is now expanding globally. Working remotely with Motimate’s Director of Marketing, I write a regular blog for the brand, as well as web copy and words to support digital marketing and sales campaigns in the NGO, retail and hospitality sectors.

A Belgian FinTech offering gift card experiences and payment solutions to shopping centres.
Working with MaaS firm, Maastery, I created a new Brand Tone of Voice (translated into 15 languages) and Messaging Strategy for Giftify. I also wrote all brand related English language content, from sales and marketing assets, to product communications.
An agency building teams of freelance experts to deliver marketing services to SME organisations.
My mission was to proof-read and ‘naturalise’ AI generated translations of all digital assets and workflows, reflecting the firm’s offering, from French into English, ensuring content is clear, natural, and context aware.
A niche real estate marcoms firm, operating predominantly in Belgium.
I worked with the Founder to position and deliver a written identity and web copy for the brand as it begins to expand into wider Europe.
Established in 1985, this luxury British fashion brand walked the line between art, crafts and high fashion.
This brand created luxurious hand-knitted cashmere sweaters and accessories as well as scarves featuring digital prints of orginal acrylic on canvas paintings.
A I consulted on and delivered multiple aspects of the business
I wrote all brand associated copy and generate content across multiple channels – print, web, social media. I also manage the website/content management sytem and content, from organsing and running product shoots through to web upload and management of trade galleries and the online shop.
I provided strategic and hands-on business support across major business functions with a strong focus on content marketing, I designed and delivered direct marekting campaigns and a newsletter, transforming a B2B business into a B2C brand, growing engagement and driving organic SEO. I digitised a business that was largely paper-based, implementing front & back-end systems, re-designed the website & built an e-commerce function from scratch. I created social channels (instagram and facebook shopping), supported the launch of a new product line of luxury scarves, from inception through production, marketing and sales. I established new business opportunities including the brands first private label partnership. I took on creative direction of photoshoots and imagery.

I wrote the copy for agency client, Optiva Wealth Management’s first brochure, based on a ‘refreshingly personal approach’ to wealth management.

I worked closely with the Founder to create a written identity and voice, differentiating it from its competitors, for the launch of a website. All of our work was conducted remotely – from interviews and brainstorms to feedback and edits.
A global professional body supporting, educating, and championing architects.
Working with an in-house team at the Royal Institute of British Architects, I helped transform the annual international conference into a summit connecting international experts and shaping future thinking on city resilience. We worked to brand, position and establish the messaging for a new summit, within a new paradigm. As well as co-developing the programme, I wrote copy, sourced and organised content across RIBA’s website, marketing materials and social media channels.
